Humanoid robot labor. Deployed like a shift.

HireApp is building the deployment layer for humanoid robotics. We select the robot, train it on your tasks, and manage it on your floor. You pay for the work, not the hardware.

From work to task model

Real shifts become deployable robot output.

Our capture app and approved wearable equipment record real task demonstrations, with permissions and recording areas agreed first. The starting point is the experience already on your floor: how a task is done, step by step.

Recordings move through review, privacy processing, and annotation. Useful demonstrations become labeled task sequences for robotics training and evaluation, with quality and task coverage checked along the way.

When the model, hardware, and site are ready, we work toward a limited on-site pilot. Selected tasks, safety responsibilities, and measurable productivity goals are agreed first. Results guide the next stage of deployment.

Human-led, with data capture

Your employees wear our capture hardware as they work, recording first-person demonstrations of your workflow. If more data is needed, vetted HireApp Pros can help capture it.

Hybrid floor

Humanoid robots join the shift on the most repetitive cycles, one task at a time, only after each task clears agreed accuracy and throughput thresholds.

Blended workforce

Robots take on repetitive shifts. HireApp supervisors oversee the hardware, while your team focuses on quality, exceptions, and work needing human judgment.

People and robots, one workforce

The path to robot labor starts with the people who know the work: your employees.

With capture hardware, they demonstrate tasks as they do them today. Those recordings help train and evaluate robots for your workflow.

As robots take on repetitive cycles, HireApp provides hardware supervisors. Your team stays focused on quality and exceptions, one validated task at a time.

FAQ

Questions customers ask us.

From the first recording to the first robot shift.

/ 04
01How does data capture work?

We start with a specific task on your floor. Together, we agree the work areas, recording times, equipment, and permissions before capture begins. Your authorized employees use our capture app or approved wearable hardware to record real task demonstrations as they work. If more data is needed, we can provide vetted HireApp Pros to help capture it. Capture is video-only, with no audio; private and excluded areas stay outside the scope.

02How do recordings become robot skills?

Our platform brings capture, upload, review, and annotation into one workflow. Demonstrations are checked for quality, sensitive content is removed, and useful sequences are labeled by task and motion. That prepares data for robotics training and evaluation. The next step is to validate a model on the selected hardware and task before testing it on your floor.

03How are our people and business information protected?

Our capture agreements limit data use to developing physical robotics. They exclude advertising, personnel monitoring, biometric identification, and unrelated general-purpose AI. Raw recordings have restricted access. Identifying details and confidential contents must be removed before customer review or robotics-partner sharing, with a quality check before release. Footage that cannot be adequately protected is withheld.

04What can my team see?

Your customer dashboard shows capture activity, upload status, and processed recordings approved for review and download. Your team can track progress from the first recording onward. Access covers your own project and internal verification; data ownership, permitted use, and review rights are defined in your agreement.

05When do humanoid robots join the floor?

Once the data, task model, hardware, and site are ready for safe testing, we agree a limited on-site pilot. Together, we define the tasks, units, site safety responsibilities, and measurable productivity goals. We select third-party hardware to suit the work and provide supervisors for it, then evaluate performance with your team before agreeing any wider deployment.

06Do I need to change my facility?

We begin with the workflows and equipment you already use. Capture needs agreed recording areas, permissions, and a site contact. Before a hardware pilot, we assess the task, layout, access, and safety requirements together. Any changes needed for that deployment are agreed in advance, so your team knows what to prepare.

07Can we start now, and when could robots arrive?

We are onboarding partners for task assessment and data capture now, with initial hardware pilots targeted for 2027. Timing depends on data quality and coverage, model readiness, hardware availability, and your site. Starting capture helps us assess the path to a pilot; a deployment date and unit count are agreed separately.

08How would Robots-as-a-Service work commercially?

The model we are building gives you access to robot labor without buying the hardware outright. Pricing may be hourly, usage-based, or another agreed arrangement, depending on the hardware and service scope. Pilot terms are agreed before deployment, and continued paid service requires a separate agreement. A pilot does not automatically become a paid subscription.
